Walking the Talk of Peace with A Commitment to Service and Brotherhood

Walking the Talk of Peace with A Commitment to Service and Brotherhood

When we speak of peace as the NRM, we refer to the doctrine used by Jesus: "We shall know them by their fruits." This means we judge individuals by their actions rather than their words. We must walk the talk of mounting peace. In terms of being our brother’s keeper, we should assist the poor both materially and spiritually. That is what I have been doing during my PDM assessment tours—to help them materially so they can overcome poverty. I want to thank our religious leaders and everyone who joined us. I’m pleased that the State House is now a place for prayer and government work.
