My PDM Zonal performance assessment tours resumed today in the Busoga Sub-Region. I visited three farmers; Ms. Buwala Tolofisa, a PDM beneficiary in Namutumba district; Mukasa Eliot, also a PDM beneficiary in Luuka district and; Mr. Michael Kazibwe, a model farmer from Jinja District.
