Promoting Unity Through Language and Celebrating Kiswahili Graduates as Champions of African Integration

During the inaugural graduation ceremony for 304 Kiswahili students who completed a one-year course at the NRM Secretariat, I encouraged East Africans and the broader African continent to use their similarities to promote Swahili as a vital tool for economic integration and unity. I congratulate the graduates upon completing this course, which is essential for facilitating communication within the East African nations. Swahili is a neutral, non-ethnic, and unifying language that originated on the coast of East Africa as a tool for business and belongs to no single tribe.
