A Call to New Officers to Uphold Integrity and Excellence

I urged the new officers to avoid corruption. It is unnecessary and pollutes their records. With the current salary improvements, there is no reason to engage in corrupt practices. I commend the Ministry of Defence and the commanders, led by the CDF, for their efforts in turning military training institutions into centres of excellence.
