President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has arrived in Dar es Salaam, United Republic of Tanzania, for a two-day working visit at the invitation of Tanzania’s President, H.E. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan.
President Museveni noted that Uganda and Tanzania have enjoyed strong and cordial relations over the years, built on a shared history, Pan-African ideals, and a common commitment to regional integration.
During the visit, President Museveni is expected to hold engagements aimed at strengthening cooperation between Uganda and Tanzania and advancing the shared prosperity of the two countries and the wider East African region.
