This afternoon, I hosted Chief Administrative Officers, Town Clerks, and Under Secretaries at State House, Entebbe. We agreed to confront the “irritants” undermining our service delivery, including corruption in education and healthcare, as well as land grabbing. I emphasised the importance of enforcing free education in government schools. We must protect the integrity of our health system and stop drug theft. By promoting free education, better health, and wealth creation, we can achieve socio-economic transformation, and in that way, restore public confidence and help the country rise.
