As we advocate for free education at all levels, it’s crucial to strengthen existing hubs nationwide. Our goal for this human capital development is to promote value addition and import substitution, enabling the production of items like leather shoes and metalworks. To enhance these skilling hubs, we will establish SAACOs at the district level to provide the youth with startup capital.
