We discussed a range of issues, with particular emphasis on the security situation in Somalia and the region. Our two countries signed the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), which is an integral part of the Memorandum of Understanding on Defense CooperationNations Unite to Address Regional Security Challenges.
