Today, in Butebo district, we celebrated Dr. Monica Musenero, a true pioneer in veterinary medicine and a champion in combating zoonotic diseases. During the Ebola outbreak in Kibale, Dr. Musenero and her team demonstrated unwavering courage. Even when others hesitated, they stepped in to protect lives. She teaches us the value of selfless service: If you work for the people, God works for you.

I commend this decision, as the land's natural resources have been severely misused, increasing poverty for future generations.
