While in Nebbi district, I attended a thanksgiving celebration for the Hon. State Minister of Energy & Mineral Development, Phiona Nyamutoro. I am happy with her dedication and deep sense of patriotism. Nyamutoro was a young girl who had just finished university or was still studying. While others were idle, she actively campaigned for our NRM candidate. Her commitment and qualities stood out. The NRM has always identified talent, commitment, and devotion, which is how we have thrived for the last 60 years.
