From Smuggling to Industrial Growth and Advancing Infrastructure for a Prosperous Future

We tackled smuggling (magendo) to establish industrial parks, creating job opportunities despite initial opposition. Now, Mbale benefits from these developments. Next, we will develop the railway and pipeline systems to transport oil and heavy cargo, reserving roads for passenger transport. We must diversify our multimodal transport system.
