Forging Global Partnerships as Uganda Calls for Investment at the Pan-African Congress Business Forum

Today, I met delegates from the United States, China, and India who are currently taking part in the Pan-African Congress Business Forum in Munyonyo. I urged these innovative minds to tap into Uganda’s vast economic potential and significantly boost our exports. The time is now, and Uganda is the right place to invest; our resources and opportunities are abundant. I was happy to hear about their interest in a variety of sectors, from manufacturing and tourism to food and coffee, and even tech initiatives like setting up a computer assembly plant. There’s great promise in positioning Uganda as a technological manufacturing hub within the region. I welcome them.
