Addressing the wanaichi at a rally in Kamuli district yesterday, my message remains: Engage in wealth creation wherever you are. When you create wealth, it produces jobs. Wealth is mine as Museveni, but what I do produces jobs for the rest of Ugandans. Many people, like Mukasa, the farmer in Luuka district, have done very well, and I am happy to see that they are using the 4-acre model and the recommended seven activities.
