I visited the Bugisu Presidential Skilling Hub in Mbale District, to assess our investment in human capital development. We have gathered youth from seven Bugisu districts to provide training, accommodation, and meals while covering their teachers' fees. This initiative represents a more resource-intensive approach compared to the non-residential model of UPE and USE.
