During my visits to Kole and Lira Districts, I met Rose Akori and Vicky Apio, who have embraced the Parish Development Model (PDM) to improve their livelihoods. I applaud them for coming out of Niino (sleeping). We shall support them tackle problems like water shortages and improve their farming practices. By working together, we can empower small-scale farmers to take part in the economy and change their communities for the better.
