Celebrating the Graduation of UPDF Counter-Terrorism and Special Tactics Warriors

{{brizy_dc_image_alt entityId=

I was pleased to pass out 298 UPDF counter terrorism warriors and 58 Special tactics warriors at the School of Defence, Intelligence and Security in Nakasongola district. I want to congratulate the UPDF for knowing how to use the little resources they have.

We have been able to build the army out of resilience and making the most with the little we have instead of having a “cannot do” culture of excuses.
