On the health front, our strategy was to have Health Centre IIIs at the Sub-county level because most of the common sicknesses can be handled there. Immunisation has helped; polio and Measles have disappeared. Cervical cancer can also be dealt with if all girls are immunised. I thank the the Rt. Hon.
