My message to the people of Kasese emphasises four key points: 1. First, peace is essential for Uganda's development. 2. Second, development means little if individuals remain hungry and poor; wealth should be actively pursued within homes. 3. Utilise your land effectively to maximise your income. Learn to make the most of the small land you have. 4. Fourth, protecting natural resources, particularly parks and forests, is crucial for tourism and environmental balance; encroachment can lead to negative impacts like landslides.
