Earlier this week, I addressed the concerns of the Banyarwanda community in Uganda regarding passport applications and citizenship. I have therefore issued an Executive Order on the processes and procedures to be followed in the issuance of identification documents to Ugandan citizens. Additionally, I have written an article on the principled way we should handle the issue of citizenship.
