I met with journalists from the Teso sub-region this morning at the State Lodge before going to Kaberamaido to address a rally. I took their questions on various issues affecting the region, reiterating my stand on PDM thieves, calling for instant arrests and denial of police bonds to them.

I will engage His Lordship, the Chief Justice, to help end this specific leniency, as it undermines our overall economic objective. Whoever steals money meant to uplift our communities must not only refund the money but should also be jailed.
