The Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs in the Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, drew a massive crowd of Bazzukulu Ba KagutaMuseveni supporters, numbering in the thousands, in anticipation of the Tarehe Sita event scheduled for February 6, 2024, in Bugweri District.
During the gathering, she distributed various empowerment items such as sewing machines, popcorn machines, and hand hoes to the residents of Bugweri. These items are intended to augment household income and economic opportunities within the community. Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye emphasized that these initiatives align with President Kaguta Museveni's promises outlined in the 2021-2026 manifesto, particularly focusing on the role of peace established by the UPDF and other security organs as one of the five key commitments to Ugandans.
