The Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs in the Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye along with Tororo Municipality MP Apollo Ofwono Yeri, celebrated the achievements of students who excelled in last year's Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
Hajjat encouraged incoming S1 students to prioritize making positive life choices and staying focused on their goals.
As a token of appreciation, the students were presented with mattresses and blankets.
The day began with a warm welcome for Hajjat in Tororo, where she was greeted with enthusiasm. She was escorted to Tororo Central Market amidst cheers, where she engaged with members of the Tororo Tailers Association.
During her interaction with them, Hajjat discussed the progress of various government initiatives, including the Presidential Directive Memorandum (PDM). She assured the association members that she would relay their concerns to the National Chairman, H.E President Yoweri Museveni.
