President Museveni Unveils NRM Manifesto Priorities for Kisoro — Power, Healthcare & Wealth Creation

President Museveni Unveils NRM Manifesto Priorities for Kisoro

President Museveni delivered the seven central focus points of the NRM Manifesto to the people of Kisoro during the first rally in the Kigezi region. Among the immediate commitments, he pledged to extend electricity to Nyarubuye Sub-County — currently the only sub-county lacking power — and to construct a new Health Centre III in Chanika Town Council.

However, the heart of his message remained steadfastly on wealth creation. President Museveni highlighted compelling success stories of Ugandans who transformed their livelihoods by embracing the NRM’s guiding principles. He emphasized that job creation flows naturally from wealth — whether through the four-acre agricultural model, new factories launched across the country, or skills acquired via NRM’s skilling hubs.

In light of these commitments and the tangible progress already underway, President Museveni appealed to the people of Kisoro to reaffirm their trust in the NRM by casting their votes as they have always done.
