Concluding the Greater Mpigi PDM Tour with a Call for Discipline, Action, and Shared Prosperity
As I wound up my PDM assessment tour of Greater Mpigi, I emphasized that the NRM's first principle is peace which is vital for development, while also confronting poverty. Programs like PDM encourage households to utilize their land and collaborate for a better livelihood. While some are proactive, others remain inactive, like in the Parable of the Sower—choose to act. On law enforcement, bonds must not be misused, and criminals need accountability. Parents should ensure their children are immunized for good health. Uganda is progressing, and we will support those willing to act. The future belongs to the disciplined and organized.
