Celebrating Peace with 23 Years of Unity in Yumbe District

I was pleased to attend the Peace celebrations in Yumbe District, commemorating 23 years since warriors chose peace over war in West-Nile. The NRM consistently supports what is right and rejects revenge. We've never targeted communities based on past conflicts. Today, Uganda stands united and peaceful, with institutions being built and forces made up of young people from across the country.
