I joined the Rutamwebwa family in a thanksgiving ceremony honoring the late Yoweri and Esta while raising funds for Bishop Girls Rushere in Kiruhura District. I thank their son, Tayebwa, for maintaining his parents' legacy. I’m grateful for their pioneering role in religion—next year marks 60 years since I first met this remarkable couple. I encouraged everyone to adopt zero-grazing, irrigation, and avoid land fragmentation to ensure a stable milk supply. We will continue supporting the school initiatives.
