President Museveni concluded the Busoga campaign at Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe, emphasising that the 2026–2031 NRM Manifesto builds on the party's seven major contributions. He highlighted peace as the foundation, followed by development through infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and schools. Key ongoing projects include the Tororo–Jinja, Kampala–Jinja, and Amber Court–Budondo–Kamuli–Mbulamuti road networks.
President Museveni urged the people to recognise that development is a collective achievement, while wealth creation is a household responsibility. He guided communities on homestead income strategies and modern farming practices. On the question of NRM support, he encouraged citizens to confidently cite peace, development, wealth creation, jobs, services, national integration, and East African unity as the key gains to protect moving forward.
