Today, I officiated the groundbreaking ceremony for the rehabilitation of the 38.2 km Kikorongo-Bwera-Mpondwe Road in Kasese District and attended a Thanksgiving ceremony for Gen. Mbadi and Hon. Kabyanga. Congratulations to both on their ministerial appointments; their dedication and hard work are commendable.
