Taking Ownership and Strengthening the Parish Development Model for Lasting Transformation

My assessment of the Parish Development Model (PDM) in the Rwenzori sub-region concluded with a public rally in Kasese Municipality. I urged the people to take ownership of the PDM funds; this money belongs to them and should be closely monitored to ensure that it truly transforms their lives. The government will continue to put more money into the PDM program each year to support economic transformation at the parish level. Tomorrow, I will continue my tour, this time in the Tooro sub-region. Thank you.
