Later, in my address to the residents of Barlonyo, I commended their resilience and encouraged them to engage in our government programs, such as PDM and Emyooga. If more Ugandans embrace these programs focused on commercial agriculture(with Ekibaro), enterprise, and skills development, it is the surest path to economic prosperity.
