I have always reminded leaders that poverty should be combated by teaching the people how to make wealth. Some of you wait for me to come from Kampala, yet you are closer to the people. Opportunities for obugaiga (prosperity) are here—take advantage of them. We shall increase the intake, build more dormitories, and introduce electrical and motor mechanics to expand this skilling hub.
