I congratulate the UPDF leadership on the excellent organisation of the joint pass-out ceremony across various military institutions. This innovation allows us to gather recruits virtually in one ceremony, which is a significant improvement over the past practice of moving from one school to another. I commend the young soldiers for their outstanding performance and thank the instructors for their excellent training, which was evident in the well-executed exercises I witnessed.
