This afternoon, I officially received Belarus' Prime Minister, H.E Roman Golovchenko, at State House, Entebbe. We held bilateral talks to strengthen cooperation in strategic sectors. They expressed readiness to collaborate in agriculture, agribusiness, investment, trade, education, and defence, leading to the signing of several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
