The Senior Presidential Advisor (SPA) and Office of the National Chairman (ONC) Manager, Hadijah Namyalo, has continued her community outreach initiatives by supporting children living with disabilities in Ggaba. This visit follows her earlier engagement at the Kampala School for the Physically Handicapped (KSPH), reinforcing her ongoing commitment to vulnerable communities.
Upon arrival in Ggaba, Hajjat Namyalo was warmly welcomed by the facility’s management. The proprietors, Nankabirwa Betty and Muwanga John, expressed deep appreciation for her thoughtful gesture. They described her visit as both timely and impactful, noting that it brought renewed hope, joy, and encouragement to the children under their care.
The management further commended Hajjat Namyalo for her unwavering dedication to uplifting disadvantaged groups, emphasizing that such acts of kindness significantly enhance the wellbeing and morale of children living with disabilities. They also called upon other stakeholders and well-wishers to emulate her example by extending support to underprivileged communities.
During her address, Hajjat Namyalo urged members of the affluent community to actively engage with grassroots populations and foster a culture of empathy and social responsibility. She highlighted the importance of collective action in addressing societal challenges, stressing that sustainable change begins with individual commitment and compassion.
In addition, she appealed to the government to strengthen its support systems for underprivileged children, particularly those with disabilities, through increased funding, inclusive policies, and targeted intervention programs.
The outreach concluded with the donation of assorted essential items, followed by moments of interaction and celebration with the children, who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support and generosity extended to them.
