Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, the National Chairman Manager, teamed up with the Minister for Kampala City and Metropolitan Affairs, Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, to bring President Museveni’s Wealth Creation campaign to Kawempe Ghettos on Thursday.
With the help of Ms. Maria Namusoke from Markh Investment, they provided startup items like motorcycles, sewing machines, hair dryers, and farming tools to support many young people (Bazzukulu) in becoming self-reliant.
Speaking at the event at Kawempe Growers Grounds, Hajjat Namyalo acknowledged the challenges faced by people in the Ghettos and promised more support in the future.
Her efforts reflect a strong commitment to empowering the marginalized youth and helping them build better, independent lives.
