Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Visits Dembe Trading Enterprises

This afternoon, the Office of the National Chairman (ONC) Manager, Chief Muzzukulu Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo, paid a visit to Dembe Trading Enterprises Ltd in Mukono — the largest FMCG distribution house in East Africa.

During her tour of the facility, Hajjat Namyalo commended the management and staff for their dedication, efficiency, and contribution to Uganda’s growing distribution sector. She further urged them to embrace President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s wealth creation initiatives, emphasizing the importance of collective effort in achieving economic empowerment.

In her remarks, Hajjat Namyalo encouraged the employees to form a Dembe SACCO and staff empowerment groups as a way of positioning themselves to benefit from presidential support programs under the ONC. She also pledged to return for follow-up engagements to ensure that the initiatives are successfully implemented.

Her visit underscored the ONC’s ongoing commitment to promoting productivity, financial inclusion, and self-sustainability among Ugandan workers and enterprises.
