I officiated at the swearing-in ceremony of 21 new High Court Judges at State House Entebbe. I congratulate the judges and call upon them to use this time to contribute positively to the country through two key ways: 1- Obuteeka: By bringing calmness and ensuring nobody gets angry from injustice or the lack of justice.
