The "Buganda Ku Museveni" event was successfully held at Kyannamugera Playgrounds in Kasanda District, drawing thousands of enthusiastic NRM supporters, local leaders, and community members who gathered despite the afternoon heat.

The well-attended rally was graced by prominent political figures, including the Attorney General of Uganda who served as Chief Guest. He was joined by Hajji Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo, the Minister of State for Microfinance and newly elected NRM CEC representative for Buganda, along with Members of Parliament from the region and other dignitaries.

 

The event centred on strengthening grassroots support for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s 2026 bid, while also providing a platform to address key community concerns.
