Field Marshal Berhanu Jula, Chief of the General Staff of the Ethiopian National Defense Force, visited me at State House Entebbe, along with Her Excellency Etsegenet Bezabih, the Ethiopian Ambassador.
I shared with them the historical mistakes made by previous administrations, which were philosophical, ideological, and strategic, and how the NRM has managed to rectify these mistakes. Now, the focus is on wealth creation initiatives at the grassroots level to alleviate poverty among the population.
