Today, I commissioned the concrete sleeper railway line and launched the passenger train service along the Kampala-Mukono-Katosi route. We are committed to working hard to secure funding for the locomotives and to extend the service to Kyengera, Bujuuko, Port Bell, Lugazi, and Jinja. We have no alternative but to support this initiative financially. I would like to express my gratitude to the Spanish government for their assistance in this endeavour.
