The Office of the National Chairman has continued its Ramadan food distribution campaign, reaching four mosques across Wakiso District in a show of solidarity and support for the Muslim community during the holy month.
The day’s outreach began at Kasangati Main Mosque, where Hajjat Hadijah Nalozi addressed the congregation. In her remarks, she encouraged Muslims to uphold unity, strengthen their bonds as a community, and continue practicing kindness and generosity beyond the month of Ramadan. She emphasized that the spirit of compassion and good deeds demonstrated during Ramadan should remain a guiding principle throughout the year.

Following her engagement at Kasangati, Hajjat Hadijah proceeded to Nansana Main Mosque, Wakiso Mosque, and concluded the distribution at Kakiri Mosque. At each location, food items were delivered to support fasting families and vulnerable members of the community.
While receiving the items on behalf of the Muslim faithful, the Wakiso District Khadi, Sheikh Kigozi Erias, expressed sincere appreciation to the Office of the National Chairman for its continued commitment and consistent support to Muslims during Ramadan. He noted that such initiatives play a significant role in strengthening community welfare and promoting unity during this sacred period.
The Ramadan food distribution drive remains part of the Office’s broader commitment to community support and inclusive development across the district.
