The ONC Greater Mbarara Sub-Region Team, accompanied by RDC Jane Muhindo, conducted a thorough inspection and monitoring of various ongoing projects in Rwampara District to ensure effective service delivery.
During their visit, the team assessed the construction progress of the new maternity ward at Kinoni Health Centre IV, valued at Ugx 600M and funded by the Ministry of Health. The contractor, UPDF Engineering Brigade, confirmed that the project was 45% complete, with an estimated completion time of 3 months.
Additionally, discussions were held with key stakeholders including the C/MAN LCV, DISO, CAO, and staff of Rugando Technical Institute to identify areas for improvement aimed at enhancing service delivery across the district.
