I visited Nsekanabo Angelo, a participant in the OWC program from Kisoro District. It was pleasing to hear how he effectively utilized the money he received to purchase one cow, which later multiplied to seven. His dairy business is now able not only to sustain his family but also to allow him to diversify into other businesses.
