My final stop with Maama today was in Rukungiri, where I met the leaders of the Kigezi sub-region. My main message to the leaders was for them to prioritise the NRM message on wealth creation. It is alright to talk about many development needs, but it is crucial to prioritise. Like the Bible tells us: seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. I have been made aware of the issue of divisions on the basis of religion within Kigezi. This must stop immediately. Tomorrow, I will address a rally in Rukiga District.
