I have launched the Rwenzori Presidential Skilling Hub in Kasese District, to empower youth with practical skills. The NRM’s goal is Okukyenuura- to lift people out of poverty, and while PDM supports families economically, these hubs focus on knowledge acquisition. We aim to expand these hubs to accommodate at least 500 learners, with plans for additional dormitories and training facilities in areas like motor mechanics, plumbing, and electrical installation.
