Enshoni is a Runyankore word that refers to a deterrent for wrongdoing. Enshoni-nkye is shamelessness and in the Ugandan case, it applies to the opposition and their sympathisers. In Nakapiripirit, we have put the Alayerer (shameless people) to shame. The Labour Union members who were in Entebbe until late drove to Nakapiripirit before me, pointing to good roads and security.
