Therefore, I started these Hubs to show Ugandans how free education works by introducing one per zone, where the children study free. You can see results from the testimonies of many of them. I am glad the Prime Minister has decided to implement the NRM’s thinking in Bukedi, using the Hubs as an example to fully implement UPE and USE.
