I also used the occasion to address the residents. It is important for all Ugandans to embrace government programs meant for wealth creation. Even if you are in the opposition, it is dangerous to discourage your supporters from participating in government programs and wealth creation. In the 1960s, I was a member of the opposition in the Democratic Party, but I was already preaching wealth creation in the cattle corridor. Therefore, that spirit must continue even today!
