At the sidelines of the 8th African Leadership Forum , I met H.E Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, the former President of the United Republic of Tanzania who in his capacity as a special envoy delivered a special message from H.E President Samia Suluhu Hassan. I thank him for visiting us and convey our greetings to Her Excellency and the people of Tanzania.
